I don't know the solo career of the widow-Cobain, but I've had the chance to get to know the production of Hole. I wonder where the supposed talent of this rocker's anything but genius and raspy (though perhaps I would prefer to call it dirty) voice lies.

As a devoted fan of Nine Inch Nails and Reznor's production in all its forms, I have to say this album does not sit well with me. I've tried listening to it multiple times, but the result is boredom, interrupted only by a few flashes of genius scattered here and there.
