And what would that value be, reinterpreting pseudo-committed progressive stuff in metal format, with a polished production for young metal fans and pathetic melodies for those who are a bit less metal? Perhaps their musical value lies in Labrie's vocal cords, which sing with the same soap opera pathos as Albano? Or in Petrucci's incessant solos, so original and visionary... and he really was the one to make us dream! I hope I've misinterpreted your post, but I don’t believe so.
