Of course I agree in saying that Pink Floyd have had a much greater influence in the history of Rock compared to Queen. Even though I’m a fan of the Queen, I certainly have no problem admitting it, because OBJECTIVITY COMES FIRST.

First: moderate your terms. Second: don't act smart with me, because I remind you that not long ago you had the audacity to claim that STRATOVARIUS PLAY MELODIC DEATH METAL, so if I were you, I would think a couple of times before opening your mouth. THIRD: I AGREE THAT ALBUMS LIKE A NIGHT AT THE OPERA AND QUEEN 2 HAVE INDEED MADE ROCK MUSIC HISTORY, AND IN TERMS OF QUALITY, THEY ARE NOT SO INFERIOR TO THE PINK FLOYD ALBUMS I MENTIONED ABOVE. THE TRUE MASTERPIECES (and I’m not the one saying this) of Pink Floyd are the early works from the time of a certain SYD BARRETT. There are even those who argue that an album like DARK SIDE OF THE MOON is a work composed of "little songs" like there are millions of, and that it is therefore nothing special. I don’t think so, for heaven's sake. I really like the Pink Floyd of Gilmour (or however the hell it's spelled), and I even prefer them to those of Barrett. However, I highly recommend you go listen to Queen’s 1970s work again, because you have a decidedly "hazy" memory of their 70s output.

The First Queen are worth no less than the Pink Floyd of Wish You Were Here, Dark Side of the Moon, and Animals.

Metallica Black Album

Yes, but you can't reason like that, Quentin, come on. For me, the Black Album is a good album, but if Metallica produces albums like Load, Reload, and St. Anger, it's inevitable to criticize them. You can't just brush off the situation by saying that they're REALLY GOOD. What does it mean that they're really good? Really good in relation to what? There’s the historical, innovative, technical, compositional, and inspirational aspect, but just saying they’re really good and nothing else is a bit like saying they’re the best in the world... I mean, it’s a bit like talking as a fan, and in most cases, it’s not possible to discuss your "idols" with fans. No offense, though; this statement isn't necessarily directed at you.

Power is an underrated genre. Those with their noses in the air really get on my nerves.
