You're right about that, Adriano; in the ballads and high notes, Labrie reminds me of Kotipelto. Anyway, Labrie is a great singer overall, quite talented... not in that sense:)))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Are you easy, have you already listened to them??? What do you think? And what do you have to say about labrie and Arkfielt? But listen to THE HUMAN EQUATION. That album is hardly anything but lovable.

The Porcupine Tree, regarding the album I mentioned and criticized (the Sky moves...), disappointed me. In that album, they really sound like a Pink Floyd cover band. Certain sounds, atmospheres, that guitar, those solos... it's just not possible, no no. They don't say anything more than what has already been said in the past.

Easy, style doesn't have to be understood positively. We all have a style in what we do; the problem is understanding whether it's a qualitatively valid style or not. There are styles that lack taste and captivating styles. One can debate about this concerning the Dt, but STYLE, even if it comes from pretentious encyclopedic citationists (in the worst case), is present in the DT. There is no substance without form, or there could be, but it wouldn't be discernible, it couldn't manifest. It would be pure power. Style is part of form. It comes from within, from the "substance," but is manifested through form. Well, it's just an opinion.
