You’re too intellectually sharp to be 12 years old. Something doesn’t add up.

Let's say that Husker Du and Fugazi suck too, right? After all, they came after the Ramones...

Not bad, you keep judging without having listened to Smash, which is not acceptable. You’ve heard the two worst songs from the latest Offspring and expect to have a say on the entire discography. It doesn’t make sense. The Surf component is also present in Ramones, so your inconsistency increases. It’s true that the Ramones rediscovered the primality of rock after the pomp of progressive, but that doesn’t mean all subsequent punk bands have to be poor by default. Albums should be listened to first.

"Perhaps the most sincere work that good Freddy has ever produced." How can you not include it, and what about the first Bizkit album?

"These guys make 'music' with two chords thrown in randomly." Not to mention that they aren't random chords, simply because if they were random, they would be completely a-melodic and probably come off as cerebral. But aside from that detail, let me get this straight: you love the Ramones (great band, to be fair, but there were really just TWO chords, and that's it) and you hate the Offspring? There's a hint of inconsistency in that. Sure, the Ramones are the Ramones for what they contributed to rock (and they are obviously superior to the Offspring), but even they (especially them) don't have that great technical ability, quite the opposite.

No, sorry, I haven’t really read the review... I’ll compensate with a 5.

I agree with Emanuele, The Epic Side of Dream Theater.
Oasis (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
Voto:
I know very little about Depeche Mode, but to praise them and dismiss Oasis like that... come on, they're not even the critics' darlings. But aside from that, a song like "Just Can't Get Enough" doesn’t really seem to be the highlight of life. Dave Gahan's style comes off as a bit pathetic, theatrical, and quite "cliché." I wouldn't underestimate the drummer (who isn't Liam...) playing in "What's the Story," especially referring to his performance in "Cast No Shadow," which shows how to create an unexpected rhythm on a "classic" ballad. It has a certain tribal feel even in other songs.

Daft85, we understand that you don't know a damn thing about rock and you’re also ignorant; there’s no need to point it out in every single miserable post of yours. If you’re dumb, you’re dumb; it’s not your fault.
