Sure, why not. Maybe you’re the first to get off in front of Catartica by MK, while ignoring the existence of Sonic Youth. This is to say that, generally speaking, anyone who has listened to certain things will hardly be surprised by this album by Afterhours, since it is visibly derivative in substance, and definitely “Italian” in the conception of the songs.

Chinaski, I have had a certain journey in my listening experiences, and the intro of my review of Systematic Chaos certainly doesn’t want to hide that, indeed it makes it clear. As for the rest, I repeat, it’s pointless for us to discuss.

Who would I be if not Lux? That's really something, no one had called me fake until now.

Chinaski, you could have said right away that you were a fan of the Dt, I wouldn't have wasted my time arguing with you.

spaccazucche just listen to Trent up to The Fragile to understand that this album is weak. Enough with this story about prejudices, we really can't take it anymore. Also enough with the "constructive criticism" thing (my god, what a horrendous expression). Is it possible that nothing can ever be questioned here without being labeled as a snob?

At least half of Debaser (if not more) knows a lot more than I do, so I fall within the average. You're the one who brings up Mayhem (black metal) in a review of the Afterhours (presumed indie), so I deduce that the one who is below average is you. So "What a high opinion you have of your four-dollar musical culture" is bullshit. The point is that you can’t have a judgment that approaches objectivity when discussing "I Milanesi ammazzano il sabato" if you don’t know those bands (as overplayed as you want, but fundamental) that I mentioned earlier. "This album is STUNNING"—oh, and where is it written? It’s stunning because you say so? "Only you think it’s crap"—nonsense, you clearly see I wasn’t the only one to speak poorly of this album. You were the first to start making a fuss, so I responded accordingly. Not only do you poke and break balls (and therefore offend first), but you’re not even in a position to do so.

Chinaski, with your useless posts, you’re confirming the point: this album sucks. You don’t even know the bands I mentioned earlier, so shut up because you don’t know a damn thing. "And anyway, people like you SHOULD be offended"... sure, because I put you in a dialectical bind and you don’t know how to respond, right? (Except with insults, obviously). But be ashamed, stop being a pain in the ass, and at least accept my opinion on this album without replying every time with pointless, meaningless posts.

The only "merit" might be the stylistic eclecticism, which, however, here turns into arrogance... you can read some of my posts (like n.99) on the other review of this album. It would be pointless to repeat them here as well.

The problem with Rooftrampler is that here the arguments are presented but not read, because it's very convenient not to read them. I’m not interested in Agnelli as a person; I just say whether his music convinces me or not. And the fact that the album is short or not, personally I consider it the least of the issues.
