I don't want to convince anyone; I just replied to Appestato.

But how can you not argue?? What are ideas and opinions for if you don’t argue them? What the hell is the point of saying "it’s beautiful" or "it’s ugly" without any connected explanations? If for me the album is lacking, it’s OBVIOUS that it means it’s mediocre, and it’s obvious that, at least in this album, the band hasn’t demonstrated great talent in my view. Should I say, having only listened to this album, "the album is bad but they are great"? But that wouldn’t make sense, right? I didn’t sit down to think about whether they alternated vocals while I was listening to the album; maybe I even noticed some differences unconsciously, but that question didn’t interest me in itself. I think we need to focus on other aspects to determine if the album is valid or not. Of course, my judgment doesn’t change just because I’ve learned they alternate vocals; that’s for sure! And you overlook the fact that I couldn’t care less about criticizing the band for its entire career (especially since I can’t, I’ve only listened to this), I simply limited myself to sharing my not-so-positive reflections on Source Tags & Codes. On the other hand, I explained why the album would be sugary and mediocre, but it seems that whenever I try to argue, you stop understanding Italian.. in this regard, you’re not very open to other viewpoints, huh.. you said it right, you’re hard-headed!

Vortex, maybe you don’t understand... this blessed knowledge of the “alternation of voices” is not essential to make a valid judgment on the album; it's a blatant triviality to cling to because you can't stand that someone might consider the record mediocre. I've listened to all the tracks, with their respective vocals... but it’s not necessary to know the names of those who take turns singing, for obvious logical reasons. What objection do you want to raise? What are you making up? Of course, you’re really something else, huh? :-)

Judge, in fact, I think I had already read the first part of Sanjuro's post somewhere (maybe in a "peculiar" review of Ligabue), whoever wrote it made me laugh anyway :-)

"one of those who comes home in the evening, has dinner, watches TV, takes a shower, then fucks a sixteen-year-old fan he picked up in a Porsche at some rest stop, not neglecting to finally baptize her face with his sperm... and maybe, before going to bed, thinks it's time to write yet another masterpiece of art to delight his loyal audience made up of fifteen-year-old kids and construction workers who break out in a cold sweat every time they have to conjugate a subjunctive" -- by Sanjuro. I laughed for a whole minute.

The Battles.. but the Animal Collective... mmm.. I didn't notice the alternation of voices, but if that's the case then the ineptitude is shared! Or anyway, I don't remember any memorable vocal interpretations from anyone. Anyway, I'm sending you a virtual kiss, my scruffy little one.

I'm not crazy about Kraut and similar genres; it's certainly challenging to listen to the whole album, but the feeling of impending apocalypse that permeates Zeit, of sudden cosmic explosion, is truly captivating.

I have another cover though, more "virtuous."

"Zeit", Line up, Introduction, Sides A-B, Sides C-D"--this formality stresses my eyes, please avoid it in the future!
