But is there a sixth star?? Couldn't it be added just for this review?? This is already the third time I’ve read it, and even though it’s long, it doesn't tire me at all. K...you give me chills. As you know, I don’t think highly of Sonic Youth...more like I don’t feel they’re my own...but maybe it’s because I still have to understand them before I can listen to them. Dirty is the only CD I have and I like it, but I’m afraid to listen to more...afraid of being disappointed and so I prefer to stick with the memory of this beautiful album. I still have time; maybe with your help, I can also find a way to appreciate them...let’s hope...I have the doubt of missing something "important"...but for now, I’ll stick to my own.

I heard it only once but it didn't really excite me..easy as usual impeccable. But then this review is full of tuscan folk, god damn!! easy from Florence, Charles studying in Pisa... I'm from Livorno... is there anyone from Siena or Lucca????
The Libertines The Libertines

Yeah... I think that right now there aren’t really any groups that can save something or someone, also because saving this shitty world would take a whole lot more. But at the end of the day, since I listen to rock n roll, garage or whatever you want to call it... for a while now, it seems to me that they have something more... the format is always the same, right? But you know, when you play this kind of music there’s not much left to invent and everything just ends up in the mix... but I don’t think the Libertines have ended up there yet... will they? I don’t know, I hope not!

I completely agree... I've already worn this CD out from how long it has been playing non-stop in my player. As previously mentioned, these are the words of Mick Jones: "there were the Clash, now there are the Libertines." Quite a bold statement, but not entirely thrown together haphazardly... of course, they still have a long way to go, but these two albums are "mini" masterpieces of the genre... especially this second one. Their future is uncertain, yes... but I believe these albums will be enough to make me/us remember them for a long time.

this is definitely a masterpiece for its brilliance and at the same time carefree spirit...what a shame they broke up..damn..legendary!!
Pink Floyd A Momentary Lapse Of Reason

I'm not here to argue about the greatness of the Floyd, who remain a passion of mine, and I'm tired of always discussing nonsense like... in my opinion... in my opinion... it's just nonsense. The Floyd were and remain "one" of the best rock bands ever (in my humble, rotten opinion)... but I will always be convinced that from Animals onwards, one can perfectly skip everything... including that much-loved The Wall, which I've never understood why!!! All the while listening to "Dr Baker" by the Beta Band from their 3 EP's, and as if by chance they remind me of the much-loved and discussed fluids... mmm how lovely!!!!

I don't read the entire review because I already know it's good. I don't like the album... the Floyd ended with Animals, in my opinion. Valerio... a fan of the PF... good guy, we'll get along, you've already made it onto my list of favorites...
