Mike Patton is one of the most overrated musicians of the last 20 years. Bungle is ridiculous compared to the greats of the genre (Residents, Negativland, etc.), Tomahawk is an enjoyable but disposable little band that isn't particularly original, Faith No More sucks big time, and Fantomas is BORING. Patton might be charming, but he has never really hit the mark.

After You're Living All Over Me (great), it's always the same old story, but less inspired.

I copy and paste my review on Filmscoop: "The 19th-century dialogues and the extremely modest sketches of the aristocratic society really annoyed me. A puritan language that resonates throughout much of the film, irreparably distorting some sections of it. In any case, the dreamlike texture is excellent, and the frivolous scenes accompany the viewing like a smooth bass line, culminating in vignettes of Freudian oil. Bergman should have been more wicked and made the man writhe like in Mann's 'Death in Venice,' the ultimate example of senile self-consciousness. No more than 7.5..."

Enough with these idiots of Radiohead, the most overrated band of the 90s.
