Ahh I had heard about it, but I don't have the ciddi, can you find it on Emule? Anyway, I'm also a guy who loves riot grrrrl and I think we are few, my favorite ciddi remains Fontanelle by Babes in Toyland...

Listen dear Fred, I have Cohen's discography and know every lyric by heart; he's my favorite singer-songwriter, and you're really barking up the wrong tree. You should know that there are different registers and personalities within the world of music, just as in literature itself. You can't compare a Martial to a Kerouac, for example, contrasting a satirical style with one focused on the abandonment to travel. Bon Scott was an intelligent lyricist of fresh and lewd songs, and I challenge you to find another who could interpret them in the same way. Bon Scott's facial expressions are far superior to those of the singers you've previously mentioned. Drawing a parallel between Cohen and Scott is blasphemy; you're comparing one of the most introspective and intimate spirits with one of the most carefree and lively, and it doesn't hold up even for irony or a joke. Let’s also make some comparisons between Presley and the grind noise of The Locust, and we’ll be at the end of our rope. Yes, yes, yes, the early AC/DC were really great, yes, yes, yes!

Sure, L7 are really great and you’re doing well to review them, but are you a girl?! Antmo the beauty process I like less because there’s no Jennifer Finch on bass, if I’m not mistaken :) my favorites are L7, Bricks are Heavy, and Hungry For Stink. Donita Sparks live is amazing, Suzy Gardner is more static but all four of them are totally badass...

For me, Led Zeppelin and AC/DC are very different in some respects. Bon Scott is the street-savvy, more down-to-earth and likable version of Peppino Planta; in terms of vocals, they are completely different since Bonnie had a more gravelly, junkie voice and Plant’s was more refined and polished. Angus is like Page—two different worlds; the tie-wearing little guy (Angus, I mean, who stands at 1.57m) was a sort of wildman on stage, while the Zeppelin one was a rather static freak and much more technical. Love songs, or something like "Stairway to Heaven," are not something AC/DC ever dreamed of making. Maybe just "Love Song" or "Love Hungry Man," which in the lyrics said, "Oh baby, you're such a gift, and a man has to eat," hehehe, or "I don't need to make conversation, I need sweet sensations, and all I want is to dine with you." EHHEHEHEHE, great Bon Scott, with lyrics that have double meanings, lewd and fresh like no one else. Then unfortunately came Brian "Luca Sardella" Johnson, and that’s when AC/DC took a nosedive. Since "Fly On The Wall," "Blow Up Your Video," and "Flick of the Switch," are among the most useless rock albums of the '80s... and one rightly longs for the golden era with the genius BON SCOTT!!!
AC/DC Back in Black

The best rock n' roll band that ever existed...even though Brian will be slacking off from the third ciddi onward. The real AC/DC are those with Benjamin Belford Scott!

METALLICALIVESHIT88 writes: in just a few years they achieved worldwide success and managed to win over everyone, even those not strictly into metal. ... well of course metal didn't really exist yet, that ciddi came 10 years earlier and High Voltage is a pure rock n' blues album. The AC/DC I'm considering are those from '74 up to For Those About To Rock in '81. Bon, Angus, and Malcolm... the best champions of old rock n' roll.

I raise your grade because you didn't mention Shitlist, a great song but a bit overplayed, the great Tarantino chose it with brilliant results in Natural Born Killers where Juliette Lewis smashes a guy's face while singing "U MADE MY SHITLIST!!!!" good times :)
