ahh boredom if you like the Boredoms, you absolutely have to check out the Butthole Surfers (who they're clearly inspired by) but also Melt Banana, maybe The Locust, and definitely Zeni Geva and Merzbow. But I think you probably already know all of them :)

Ohh fred1 a nice degustibus on the texts, I find them intelligent and. Then if you tell me that AC/DC didn't invent anything, you're really missing the point; characters who had the stage presence of Angus Young simply didn't exist. Angus is unique, and the hyper-adrenaline show he and his band put on was something no one else had done at the time. Sure, many have played faster and with more aggression, but the Australians’ performance remains different from any other. And stop saying that Bon Scott is the same as Robert Plant: Plant has more feminine poses, is more on the freak side, has a more polished voice, and all the Zeppelins are much more technical than their Australian counterparts. Download the live TNT 75 video from emule, then tell me if there are any similarities.

I'll take care of the review of If U Wanna Blood now, since I'm sleepless like every night, and I just need to sleep 2 hours a night to feel fresh the next day :)

In '84 there was no Live, Jailbreak came out, a collection with unreleased songs by Bon Scott, the only Live albums are 2: If U Wanna Blood and Live At Donnington from '92. And that's a good live album, unfortunately, apart from the famous Back In Black, the ACDC of the second era weren't worth much :( ehhee the smiley was ironic! Who cares, there’s so much more to listen to :)

ehehhe I'm always one step ahead of you :) no, jokes aside, I think it's a real shame that the most famous AC/DC songs are the later ones and not those from the '70s. If you ask a young kid to name a song by the band, he'll probably come up with Thunderstruck, or in the worst case, Stiff Upper Lip. For me, AC/DC had a bit of a renaissance around '90 with The Razor's Edge, the live album, and Ballbreaker: but they had already completed their mission and could have called it a day in 1981, in my opinion. Now, Luca Sardella (Dude, he looks exactly like Brian Johnson—just Google Luca Sardella and then Brian Johnson; they look like twins!) has totally let himself go, and Angus, with all the music that's passed him by since 2006, should really consider retiring. Even though I love the Young brothers!

If U Wanna Blood is amazing and more relevant because AC/DC's songs, sometimes really dated due to their slowness, come across as much tighter, and Bon's voice is rawer than ever. Among my favorites, if I had to choose, I would say: Highway to Hell, although Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is another gem of Bon-Gusto.

SANJURO WROTE A FEW COMMENTS AGO... But unfortunately, Brian "Luca Sardella" Johnson will arrive, and there the AC/DC will take a nice dive downwards. Seeing as Fly On The Wall, Blow Up Your Video, and Flick of the Switch are among the most useless rock albums of the 80s... and rightly so, one yearns for the golden period with the genius BON SCOTT............... When I said "sisisisi," I was referring to the criticism "Bon Scott doesn't write good lyrics." In my opinion, in the rock 'n' roll genre, the lyrics, the singer, the musicians, and the spirit of AC/DC is the pinnacle that has ever been reached. And I’m talking about 70s Rock 'n' Roll, not Rock as Hardcore Punk, Noise, Post Rock, Post Hardcore, Crossover, Grunge... I was referring to the rock 'n' roll of the dawn. Where did you see the praise for Johnson's 80s albums when I called them "Useless"?!?!

This album is really capturing me... a solid 4, though maybe the rating will change for better or worse.
The Shaggs Philosophy Of The World

I really like this kind of ethereal, unspoiled sound, even the female voice of the Vaselines or Lisa Germano drives me mad. You get it, right? Ajeje, the Shaggs' drumming makes me go crazy, it has its own style like no other, no wonder they used to say about the band "It sounds like they're playing in 3 different rooms"!
