you shot a bunch of bullshit, for example this is not the second album but the third official one by the pumpkins, the fourth if we want to consider the compilation that came out after Siamese...

Well, McKaye's voice is more shouted, more punk in essence, while Picciotto represents the emo side of the band, with a voice that has more varied inflections but is still deeply unstable and neurotic. However, to say that the true leader is Guy is a stretch; everyone knows that Ian Mackaye is the true leader not just of Fugazi, but of an entire musical scene.

disk shit and review shit, then the nonsense about this better nevermind and all the bullshit that not even my 10-year-old sister would have had the guts to write.....

Are you really sure that emo has nothing to do with it? Have you ever listened to Rites of Spring, the former band of Guy Picciotto? If they're not emo, then I believe that much of what Rites of Spring were doing has flowed into Fugazi, mediated then by the hard side of Mckaye.

if the level of the review is as high as in this case, I don’t give a damn if there was another one on animals, congratulations floydman your review kept me glued even though I already knew the Orwellian poetry of the album, it is undoubtedly among my favorites from the floyd and the most ruthless, hard, and cynical ever composed by the group, I have always called it the wave album of the floyd, and I’m not the only one since a well-known journalist of the time coined the epithet Punk Floyd after the release of animals.
AA.VV. Lost Highway Soundtrack

For those who don't know, Lynch on set works to the rhythm of music. The actors who have worked with him say that he listens to music at full blast while moving around with the camera. In the trailer on the DVD of Lost Highway, for example, there’s an interview with Patricia Arquette where she clearly describes this great director's original way of working. We are awaiting the new film coming out this year titled Inland Empire. I agree that he has been creating masterpieces for a long time, and that the only film that falls below par is Dune, but that was a commissioned work.

hahahaha great easy, let's show these young generations, already with their brains fried at 15 by Mediaset and the ammonia in their mammas' cigarettes.

it's not news, it's history, sift through the charts of that time, runaway train or bon jovi-esque songs like bitter sweetheart or misery topped the charts, and indeed, coincidentally, a band that never broke through in the 80s while making big rock finds itself at the top of the charts. As for the voting issue, let me clarify how I voted: for me say what you will (the first album) is a 3 because it’s not mature yet, then come 2 magnificent albums in 1986 made to be broken at 5 and while you were out at 4. The next one, hang time, I consider to be the formal masterpiece even though warning signs of a certain abandonment to the music business can already be heard; however, the songs are splendid, I give it a 5. Now, if I were to give this reviewed album a 3 or 4, I would be placing it on the same level as the solid while you were out, and I believe that is not possible because it would be doing an injustice to their brilliant past. So, the 2 is more than well-deserved.

If these are punks, I am a stiff-necked reactionary.

True, the asylums of the 90s are just a bunch looking for a princely contract who try to get hits to the top spot, and I’m not saying this just because Scaruffi says so, but because you can really notice the flaccid and softened sound. Anyway, great review still, Mauri. If it had been for Hang Time or To Be Broken, I would have given you a 5 without any problems.
