I saw a photo of Syd taken last July... for someone who's blind, he seemed to see perfectly fine, and sorry for the oxymoron... The news about Syd, and it's not new, is 90% solemn nonsense, and the remaining 10% needs to be put into perspective... To get an idea about him, read the beautiful essay edited by Luca Ferrari "A fish out the water". Magnificent Syd, it's a shame we lost him...
