Yes, indeed, 2 is too little; after all, they are good. But no more than 3. Damn, in their originality (being the only ones to copy Meshuggah) they are not original at all.

I am honored to be the first to comment on this page. Illuminating review, beautiful. I agree 100%.

Furthermore, yes, these Coprofago are good, but they wouldn't exist without Meshuggah. I mean, they are a clone band. Beyond the influences that are always there, you go your own way (band). These guys are exactly the same copy, with the difference that they lack that "extra" which remains (thankfully) an exclusive of Meshuggah. And I believe it: they are the ones who play like that, not these. Damn, things get complicated. Which one is one? If Meshuggah invented this way of playing and generated Coprofago trying to play in exactly the same way (the singer is the spitting image of Jens Kidman, he looks like him)... I mean, have they in this way "canceled" themselves? Have they created a groove in antimatter? The crust covering the tarpaulin has more and more holes, and the light coming from outside serves to align our spirits for the resolution of the difficult dilemma. Anyway, I wouldn't give the album more than a 2.

Actually, Catch 22 (in English) is a play on words. It refers to a situation where a person must perform 2 actions simultaneously, but the progress of each of these actions depends on the completion of the other. A vicious circle. Meshuggah, with Catch 33, have gone "beyond." It’s a shame that not everyone realizes how much their best music starts from Chaosphere onward. Many feel reassured by Destroy Erase Improve, perhaps because they remember Sepultura? And that was just a taste.

Catch 33 a flop?!

Thanks to the Debaser container and its users (in this case you and your reviews on Current 93), I'm discovering many new things. Sometimes it happens by chance, other times I search for them more methodically, but it happens and that's what matters. These reviews are beautiful mementos mori, they well illustrate what lies behind Tibet's music. Perhaps I shouldn't speak since I've only recently discovered them, but I found Nature Unveiled and Black Ships Ate The Sky to be stratospheric. Thank you anyway for such well-curated and exhaustive reviews.

I correct my aim_: do you prefer (bla bla bla), perhaps, because regional metal or Agro-Metal lacks historical roots and therefore historical sense and thus much sense?

you prefer the Norwegian school, perhaps, because the b.m. is Norwegian
