I am also a direct source for you.

You, like everyone else, including me, perceive things filtered by others. Besides those that you personally feel, of course. In my opinion, you have a distorted view of the Lega Nord. But that’s just my opinion. Now I have to go. Bye!

If Bossi were a racist, would he have a Sicilian wife?

But then, in your opinion, why did the League ally itself with the Movement for Autonomy, which is a Sicilian party?

In short, do you think the League says it doesn't respect certain "categories" of people? This shows your superficial understanding of the League and its ideas. From what you've read of mine here, do you consider me a stupid person or fairly intelligent and, at least tendentially, objective? If so, trust me when I say that I've known the League forever, and I know exactly what it stands for. And it does not promote racism. I’m just asking for a bit of trust. If, on the other hand, you see me as a stupid and uncivil person who defends their side a priori, perhaps citing arguments that do not correspond to common sense... well, look, I really don't know what to do...

And what is your idea of civilization, Geenoo?

Reasons, I don't think I've defended the League on principle; on the contrary, I've pointed out some serious flaws it has, mainly related to certain figures (but certainly not Bossi, Maroni, and Castelli). Did you see the "duel" between Maroni and Bertinotti last week? That was a proper debate, based on respect for the opponent! And if you haven't seen it, I recommend you find a way to catch it and listen to what Maroni says, so you might get a more complete idea of the League. As for the self-determination of peoples and Padania, I will refer to the next few days (tomorrow, in any case, I hope)... because I see it dragging on a bit.

But Geeno, do I not accept ideas different from my own? But if I praised the fact of reading ideas different from mine, expressed without the violence and intolerance that I despise... But really, what have you understood from what you have read so far?

Well, Geeno, you say that those who vote for the League are inherently uncivil... it doesn’t seem to align with what I said or with the reasons... This does seem like a racist statement... you see...

In short, the Left HAS NOTHING TO TEACH, anyone. Rather, it should gloomily look at its past and stop attacking and delegitimizing its opponents. So, ENOUGH WITH THE LEFTIST POLITICS THAT BELIEVES IT HOLDS THE TRUTH while everyone else is inferior because they are ignorant and criminals. Now, really, given that we’ve said, repeated, and countered more times than I can count, all in the same number of times, I’d say that’s enough, right? Okay, you still think the League is racist... I can’t do anything about it... in my opinion, you’ve been fed prejudices... you believe you think for yourself... that’s fine... we think in totally different ways. However, I feel offended every time the League is labeled as racist or far-right (the furthest thing from reality)... even admitting that the populist vein of the League raises some doubts. But an analytical mind, if it wants to, can easily understand how things stand. Everything else, in my humble opinion, is superficiality and the presumption of knowing others’ ideas without ever having confronted them, or at least not enough.
