The Heads (GBR) Under The Stress Of A Headlong Dive

Hi Antmo. Two years ago, after reading this review, I bought the album sight unseen!!! Now I have their entire discography.. This is their best album along with "Everybody Knows.." (which is actually a collection of singles, b-sides, and jams); this one is played better, more focused, more overwhelming (I think I read somewhere "the reign in blood of fuzz"), while the other perhaps has the best tracks (one problem: I can't find it anywhere). Both are exactly as I've always dreamed: excessive, trippy, psychedelic. The review is a spectacle, especially when you write "Spacemen 3 in a black meteorite crashing into a swamp of mud" and "the Stooges in the Can's rehearsal room." Among the best on this site. Stoner-garage-fuzz greetings.

I have recently started to educate myself about Western cinema... I would say this is undoubtedly one of the cornerstones of the genre.

Hi Psycho! Did you hear that at the end of March a new collection of rare tracks by Wooden Shjips is coming out, titled "Volume2"?

The Flaming Lips In a Priest Driven Ambulance

..finally it arrived at my home a few days ago. Unfortunately, I managed (the album by FL, of course) to get my hands on the double "The Day They Shot A Hole In The Jesus Egg," which includes In A Priest Driven Ambulance, the Unconsciously Screamin ep, and a second cd with the Mushroom Tapes (stuff that borders on, and often exceeds, listenability). Upon first listens, I agree that In A Priest is one of the best works by the Flaming Lips, for several reasons, the most important of which is that out of 10 songs, there are 6/7 that are absolute gems, stuff for the anthology. I hope that with future listens my opinion doesn't change, unless for the worse. Bye
