Judas Cradle and JC Auto are immense, but in my opinion the songs are too long, especially the first one.

Perhaps you are referring to the fact that I wrote "Simon Jeffes was" and then "his music is." It was a choice dictated by the fact that he is gone but his music remains... I still consider it in the present.

I would say from the second and self-titled album, you find them in stunning shape and definitely very playful, which avoids some rather heavy moments of the first album (which is still quite successful as well).

I was truly mesmerized by this album... a masterpiece of imagination, vibrant, eccentric but not crazy, surreal yet with elegance.

The nice thing is that a few years ago, Bono reaffirmed his desire to revisit Pop to create a new version... A desire that perhaps he no longer feels, it seems.

I bear no grudge for a damn thing, rive. What I think of the album I've already written.

Compared to the DT, I find some interesting "experiments" in this album... It’s clear that they are absolute surgeons. But if you get used to it, it works perfectly as background music.

At first listen, I give the album a four for reasons of arrangement and emotional tension... What can I say, their surrealism is convincing and engaging, just one thing: does anyone know where I can find the lyrics, or could someone transcribe them? I can read English well but I have some auditory issues... Kudos to the review, spot on as pretazzo wrote.

What to say... I’ll come back later to give a rating to the album (I’m listening to it/going through it/digesting it right now and I already find it a gem that I've ignored for too long) but I definitely appreciate your review, the love you have for this band of crazies shines through your words... congratulations.

I listened to "Buon Compleanno Elvis," "Miss Mondo," and "Nome e Cognome"... I have no objections to the first one; it seems the most cocky, practically a best of or almost... with a forgotten yet quite beautiful track like "La forza della banda"... "Miss Mondo" is nice but becomes tiring in the long run and feels repetitive, while "Nome e Cognome" quickly turns into a ridiculous drag, excluding "L'amore conta" and "Sono qui per l'amore"... for the next album, he really needs to make some noticeable changes; otherwise, it will always be the same old song, and we'll still be here complaining...
