Hello everyone,
first of all, the review is well-written and analyzes the album very well.
In my opinion, the album isn't that bad, and that's coming from someone who is crazy about the Mars Volta.
Sure, it's a "commercial" album, as you say, but that doesn't mean it's crap by default. It's classic Ligabue, but the melodies are better, and so are the lyrics.
It's certainly not a masterpiece, nor is it an album we'll be listening to in five years.
But it’s still good for a few evenings with friends...
