You're very obtuse, unregistered user, very, very obtuse. First of all, let me remind you that Grunge has been dead for a while now (practically a decade), and the fact that Pearl Jam have released hundreds of more or less useful live recordings doesn't prove a damn thing. And the fact, for example, that after the Dog Album by AIC (you know what I'm talking about, right?) a lot of compilations and various crap came out doesn’t prove a damn thing either, because AIC were done, and the record label was just trying to scrape the crumbs from the bottom of the barrel. MORAL: IT'S NOT GRUNGE THAT'S HYPOCRITICAL, IT'S THE ENTIRE MARKET AROUND IT THAT SUCKED, A MARKET THAT, IN THE END, DESTROYED GRUNGE ITSELF, AND IF THERE'S ONE COMMON CHARACTERISTIC AMONG ALL GRUNGE ARTISTS, IT'S SINCERITY.

His extravagant clothing mainly serves to attract attention (IN MY OPINION). I’ve never really listened to his music much because he annoys me, but I won't deny that he has done some good things musically (nothing exceptional though).

Ahah, thanks Easy, you're right, arguing with those people is a waste of time. Anyway, Jeff, you certainly won’t be the one to teach me something about Grunge; I know very well that in the early days (very early days), Layne Staley dressed in an extravagant way (nothing to do with MM anyway), but he was very young and at the time he was into Glam Metal; but with the rise of AIC, he changed completely.
