I'll share my perspective as someone who was once an authentic fan of the band Pelù+Renzulli: it is true and undeniable that Litfiba has been a true representation of authentic Italian rock, starting from the fantastic CD Desaparacido all the way to Mondi Sommersi. Beyond that, we encounter some nice but slightly disappointing episodes (I'm talking about the albums of Litfiba without Piero), then the solo works of Pelù, namely Toro Loco and Le Bombe Boomerang, are part of a chapter that teaches us that often excellent but non-conformist projects drift toward more media/commercial and unpleasant phenomena. The review is nice, the compilation isn't bad, my favorite is Proibito, but in my opinion, when compared to tracks like Gioconda, Eroi nel vento, Istanbul, Come un dio, Gira nel mio cerchio, Louisiana, and many, many others, it feels like a collection of "nice" songs. You might say greatest hits don’t exist, but in my opinion, the compilation "Re Del Silenzio" (which I have reviewed, by the way) is much more beautiful and satisfying, even though it's unofficial.

By the way, the song Black Winter Day, dear Fidia, I know thanks to you for recommending it in the music video forums. Great video and great song.

Unfortunately, I only know one song by Amorphis, and it's "Black Winter Day" from I don't know which album. The fact is that I absolutely love the song and I intend to get my hands on some albums.
