Giacinto Scelsi Natura Renovatur
Voto:
A little late, but here I am again! :) First of all, thanks to everyone who commented, especially odradek, to whom I promised a review of Scelsi months ago. As for Di Giacinto, I also love the works for flute and piano, released by CPO in 1998. Very ethereal and evocative. This "Natura" instead was gifted to us by Manfred Eicher and his ECM. Hi, Stoopid, how's everything? :) Copernico, it's been a while since we last connected! You've intrigued me, what is particularly engaging you? I also promised you a review a long time ago... I haven't forgotten, eh... sooner or later that one will come too! Hello everyone, JoP

Uhm.. for me De Rosa was the surname of a rather cocky colleague I didn't quite get along with... :) I clicked on "here," odra, and I'm listening. Hi, JoP

Beautiful review & extraordinary hyperbolic lexicon (as usual): Very interesting then the link to the archaic Punic-Phoenician village. Five plus.

Thank you all, friends, for your comments on "Hilde." @sfascia: too kind, my dearest tritalamiere! And a warm greeting to Sardinia where my Love will be for a few days... :) @odradek: your comment is in itself another wonderful review on the figure of Hildegard. Ah, soon a little page of mine will be released that I promised you so long ago (way too long) :) @fusillo: thx, simply, and enjoy listening to Hildegard, who truly deserves it! Bye everyone, JoP

Great Socrates! A very pleasant and detailed review, from which the deep love for the fascinating and often overlooked Brazilian music scene clearly shines through. A warm greeting and applause, JoP

Great review, you all are so inspired this August! :) This "Dove mangiano gli umani" is a record for me, surely. Many thanks Nick!

"And you don't care if it might seem inappropriate: all you want is for others to see in the same light what you have found sublime." Oh yes, odradek. I too, generally speaking, share Socrates' thought, but I felt every car of the lonely little train of samples this August evening in Pavia, with the storm raging outside, and... I must say that this baroque transfiguration could intrigue me. A lot. Thank you. JoP

Very great. Period. The first paragraph alone would be enough to give this review a 5+. :)
