"Sex Dwarf" is my favorite track from this album, but the accompanying video is truly something that goes beyond good taste:

The divorce must have done her good.
Prozac+ Acido Acida

A cute but highly inaccurate review, it plays on the nostalgic effect evoking the mid-90s when the album in question is actually from 1998. A significant mistake. The Porzac + are forgettable but they worked well on the dance floor.
Tokio Hotel Live @ Modena - 11/07/2008

"but they sound like Nirvana in pop sauce" I thought the same, and I'm not sure if it's more of an offense to Nirvana or a compliment to Tokio Hotel, and I guess we also agree on the topic of the "rearranged piece sung by a muddled voice." Is rock dead? It depends on what we mean by Rock; let's say many forms of rock from the past are now dead, becoming a caricature and an unintentional parody of rock itself.

Don't take it the wrong way, but I almost prefer him to Neil...

As almost everyone has noted, the landing scenes are of a realism and emotional involvement for the viewer that are unmatched in the history of cinema. However, it all ultimately boils down to cowboys (the good guys) versus Indians (the bad guys). The scene of the captured German soldier, who is then released out of pity by the Americans and later has no qualms about killing them, is emblematic.
A note (a bit provocative, come on) to the reviewer: was the Normandy landing a more or less USELESS massacre compared to Garibaldi's landing in Sicily, the Cuban Revolutionary War, the Battle of Vienna between Ottomans and European forces, or the Battle of the Piave between Italians and Austrians? Yes, make it clear "Long live Peace," but I really don't find the word USELESS applicable to such an important battle.

"Dancing With Tears In My Eyes" is not bad, it's a good pop piece but maybe a bit too smooth, too simple. I have never listened to the rest of the album.
D.A.F. Die Kleinen Und Die Bösen
Voto:
The album is a little big masterpiece to be rediscovered. The review, however, could have said more; here the D.a.f. are still a band and for this reason they sound very different compared to the records with Virgin. We could define it as industrial-Kraut-Punk. The lyrics are politically ambiguous and sarcastic "The west is the best but the east is better" (in "Osten Wahrt Am Langsten") is a mockery of the Cold War, "Pop Muzik" pokes fun at pop music in general with that annoying repeated chorus accompanied by distorted sirens in the background, and "Y la Gracia" is a deliciously cheeky take on the famous "La Bamba." "Die Lustigen Stiefel" is a fun (but also a bit dangerous for those who take everything too seriously) punk round about the German invasion of Poland. I prefer the D.a.f. from the trilogy with Connie Plank, but these are also delightfully irreverent and subversive. Rating: 4.5

The review is too long for an internet user, but if you have the desire to read it, it's excellent. The album is a masterpiece of music. To understand its immense influence, just think that one day I played it for my cousin who exclaimed, "But Eminem used the same beats!"
