Martin Scorsese Shutter Island

Ok, I saw it. I confirm that the enthusiastic tones are exaggerated, although it is a good film. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed that the plot twist was resolved after 30 minutes and that I figured out some details (the children, the wife) before halfway through the film. Of course, certain nuances (the anagrams of the names) I couldn't grasp until the end, but I find that the hints thrown in the viewer's face are excessive, and that the film burns through its best cards hurriedly, as if it were the first film in history to follow this path, becoming extremely predictable for anyone with two neurons. I don't know if it's the film's fault or if the book suffers from the same syndrome; personally, just "the partner" struggling to draw the gun after 3 minutes of the film was enough to raise my suspicions. A good film in the current landscape, a decent film for being Scorsese. Ah, great cast, but the weakness lies in the script. 3 and a half.

I watched the movies, both of them. The first one was nice, but it was definitely a letdown compared to the book.

but indeed the criticism isn’t that enthusiastic about this film, on the contrary, there are plenty of not-so-flattering reviews... I’ll see it during the week

the ninja rope was the ultimate item; when you managed to push yourself to the next level, trigger a mine, escape back down, and watch the mine explode, launching the enemy worm into the water. The donkey was a mess, but refined items like mad cow, the atomic bomb, and the super banana bomb required skill to not end up suiciding while using them :D and the homing super sheep in the skies was better than guided missiles.

"With this 3D system, a lot more money is spent (which calmly explains the record earnings of Avatar)." It's true that a ticket for Avatar cost double or even triple (in IMAX) compared to one for Titanic. But it's also true that Titanic stayed in theaters for 41 weeks, while Avatar had already reached Titanic's earnings after just 6 weeks.

More than Pulp Fiction, it reminds me of the early films of Guy Ritchie (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch). Unexpectedly convincing.

Corpse Bride is a good piece of work but it's not memorable, and above all, it's overshadowed in the genre by its direct predecessor, Nightmare Before Christmas. A child of the shadows that will remain in the shadows, despite being more than decent.

"beautiful" HoW? in short, a light and 3D version of the vermazzi. DLF, even though PC versions are now easily available, dusting off the Amiga is always a good thing, "they don't make them like that anymore."
