I had a feeling that after the MTV Awards, a review of these would pop up... a terrible moment for rock is on the horizon.

I read some reviews around and they panned it worse than Out of Exile... We'll see, I'll give it a couple of listens but I won't go in with prejudices.

I'm not impartial when it comes to the group in question; I like them. However, I make at least a minimal effort at objectivity. I knew from the beginning that you would bring up Reznor... so we can wrap up the discussion because I'm starting to find it amusing, even though there's really no reason for that here.

but Depeche Mode could afford to release a remix album (which I happen to own), the purely electronic genre pairs wonderfully with the concept of rmx... even if many tracks are just extended versions of the originals (Never Let Me Down Again, Personal Jesus, etc...) most of them are quite intriguing in their new stylistic guise, I mention Strangelove, Enjoy The Silence, In Your Room, the first ones that come to mind... the Cure... well, they didn’t do dance/electro/industrial/eighties (upon closer inspection neither did the DM in the late '90s...)
