Matt Groening The Simpsons

I agree, Futurama has also managed to show its teeth after 7 years since cancellation, which you wouldn't even expect from The Simpsons anymore... I was thinking about a review some time ago.

It's hard to give a rating to the yellows; on one hand, it's unthinkable not to recognize the merits of the Groening era, innovative and brilliant, while on the other hand, there’s almost the entire decade under Scully's watch, which doesn’t start badly but gradually fades into mediocrity in an attempt to continue exploiting a trend that has long since run its course. The result is that nowadays only a maximum of 2 or 3 episodes per season stand out, whereas before the 2000s, almost all episodes were memorable. It's probably also Groening's fault, as when he embarks on the Futurama project (which, by the way, has made a strong comeback) with Cohen, he also takes away some quality writers. If they had finished 11-12 years ago, people would have been talking about a masterpiece. The fact is that they are still around, and they are becoming increasingly unwatchable, so they have to lose some points in the ratings. I don't like the sweeping criticisms of Family Guy, a show that is still head and shoulders above The Simpsons.

Caz is right, the big problem was that the vast majority of the stuff was for little girls, basically unwatchable. On Italia 7, you could find the Turtles (who eventually ended up on the Fininvest networks anyway), Dragon Ball, Kenshiro, Ranma 1/2, Lamù, all stuff 100 times better.

Ah, I remember it, the one from the '80s, even though I arrived toward the end. I had just arrived in Italy and didn't understand a word; the children's programs here seemed gray and rough to me (in hindsight, I would say it was because abroad the budget for these programs was exponentially higher), and the cartoons they aired were often horribly boring to me, having grown up until then on GI Joe, Transformers, and Marvel superheroes. In the '90s, I preferred Solletico; the Rai program was infinitely better.
Oasis Definitely Maybe
Voto:
this is a particularly important record for the English at the time of its release; moreover, it is one of the few good things that Oasis have done. These captions passed off as reviews just to troll or the result of total stupidity and ignorance aren’t funny, that’s the real problem.

Tim Burton Ed Wood

One of the best Burtons, maybe the best. Poor Wood, Uwe Boll even snatched the title of worst director in history from him.

Well, I'll get it, I'm seeing too many enthusiastic comments.

Good times, it feels like an eternity ago... I should make an investment and get myself one of the new Game Boys; playing Super Mario Bros 3 in the bathroom has always been one of my secret desires.
