I haven't seen the movie, but I deduce it talks about schizophrenia and you hold little regard for psychiatry... not having seen the film, I have no references, but as you may know, this disorder can be curable (rarely) or manageable (often) depending on the age of the individual when it manifests. And contrary to what you say, the situation today is definitely better than back then, when these people were locked away in asylums with little expectation of treatment and clear intentions of segregation. And the neuroleptics you disdain so much at least give us the ability to pull the patient out of their acute crisis to begin working with them in the sub-acute phase.

I liked it, but I wouldn't have given it 3 stars... a strong contender for the worst movie in history, it’s worth noting that its IMDb rating is less than half of that of Alex l'ariete, another gem from our country... hurray!
