I would give it a passing grade, it’s true that the script is a mess but there are a number of brilliant ideas that make it enjoyable… of course, it doesn’t compare to the first one.

In fact, it’s a half-assed mess... and the "famous In & Out," so hyped by the media, was mediocre as well. I read a perfect comment somewhere about this movie: "For those who crack up in front of a gay dwarf." There you go, that’s the level of the gags, which, by the way, are very numerous.
