Sofia Coppola Marie Antoinette

a disaster, the festival of banality and omissions, offensive in its superficiality and its unique way of fucking over a slew of historical facts revolving around the protagonist. If the goal was to make a damn film about a young adult, a less ambitious title could have been chosen, but given the premises, the result is nothing short of embarrassing.

Everything is fantastic... starting from the moments that "happened" without forgetting the training that seems to have been going strong for 18 years xD on the homepage there was the pillory, you got lucky.

Come on, it's clear as mud XD without the internet and the explanations from some weirdo, I would have been pretty pissed off wondering who the hell the cowboy was, what the hell the box was, and why a movie that started off great literally went off the rails when the two went to the theater... otherwise, everything was very sexy.

Do you know what? Jack's Joker is more cartoonish, lovable, theatrical... Ledger's is more of a psychopathic terrorist... cool, but which of the two is more Joker?

From the trailer, Ledger seems to be a violent and treacherous Joker, but it's hard to see the ironic depth and there's not a hint of the charisma that Nicholson was able to convey with just a glance... ok, it’s just a damn trailer and you can’t judge, but I’m still starting off biased.

fantastic the phrase "If you're Gay, tell me what you think" xD terrible movie, indeed one of the worst in a series that lost its charm quite quickly... by the end of the first chapter, half of the audience was rooting for Freddy and was afraid that the girl might manage to come out alive.

But where does it measure up to Burton's 2 films? I mean, tell me one single aspect in which Nolan's film excels... okay, Burton took certain liberties, but everything worked so well and the actors were of such caliber that we overlooked it without any problem. Regarding fidelity to the comic, it also depends on who we consider: the upcoming movie is called The Dark Knight for a reason, and we all expect a carbon copy of Miller's revival, but Batman Begins mixes old and new elements in a way that overall is far less convincing compared to Burton's ideas. I found Superman Returns decidedly weaker.
