Desade, stop using drugs: Emmet Ray doesn't exist, he's a fictional character. Restore glory to what? Critics of what? This film is all a fairy tale, well-written and entertaining, but damn, it's still a fairy tale.

Are you kidding me? Not a chance, it's just that while scrolling the page, one's eye easily falls on "What is YouTube?", which inevitably brings at least a smile of pity... especially if you're talking to someone who is supposed to be well-versed in cinema and music. I couldn't care less if you've been living on Mars for the past 8 years, if you're 12 years old (or better yet, let's say 7), or if you're recovering from a severe head injury; about 2 billion people could laugh at you just by reading this. To avoid that, you'll have to invest a good 30 seconds of your life (don’t worry, it’s worth it) and type in nonsensical phrases like www.google.com in hopes of finding the answers you're looking for.
P.S. You got lucky, cultural gaps like these in the wrong environments (work/social, etc...) and you would be toast in a nanosecond; this page, more or less, will never be seen by anyone :D Bye and have a good life.

Dear 7notecc..., this film doesn't have to please everyone, quite the opposite. You are free to consider it a piece of crap. However, to authoritatively claim, "the worst film by Cronenberg" is prohibited on this site. The penalty is emasculation.

It's curious how Corgan's detractors always show up on time to drop the usual 2-3 cookie-cutter bullshit comments... The funny thing is that these people who spit on albums like Siamese Dream then get all worked up like kids in front of works that are ten times more commercial and inflated like Nirvana's Nevermind. Share your thoughts on the present, but phrases like "the mediocrity crafted at the table for twenty years" are bullshit, especially when they come from Nirvana fanatics.
