to say that Z-movies have had their time... but hang yourself, zombies were scary 40 years ago and continue to be now. The only genre in history that has been overexploited and has declined is perhaps (maybe) the western; to say the same about the zombie horror trend is nonsensical. But who loses it? I'm perfectly entitled to say this movie sucks, that it's the best Z-movie remake ever – I'm not the only one saying this. But if you treat 28 Days Later like some crappy flick like Resident Evil, then you're objectively an idiot.
