Every time I hear about PFM, I think back to the story of the success they were about to have in the U.S.A. (which naturally implies the world), and how everything went to hell for the reasons we all know (freedom and justice see). Well, thinking about it still gets me angry. Great review, but I won't give a rating to the album because I don't remember it at all; I just remember that I didn’t like it. For me, they were great until Mauro Pagani left. I know I'm stating the obvious, but then again...

Ok I love this movie, I've seen it a number of times with at least two digits, I could watch it every time it comes on.
Ok I have this (beautiful) album plus many others by Goblin.
But beyond the sentimental reasons, didn't they go a bit overboard with the 'quotes' from Tubular Bells?

I was passing through and even if I'm late, I want to share my thoughts. According to my standards, this would be a 4 (or 4 and 1/2) record, but I have to give it a 5 because it hasn't reached the average it deserves. The review is excellent and accurate. The only point I agree more with those who consider this album superior to the one by Yes and inferior to the "3°" by the Soft Machine, but I don't agree on the moooolto. Let's say that these are three fundamental records; the rest is just a matter of taste.

I agree with "I have the penis" (sorry, but could you choose a less hedonistic nickname?), but do you really think this album is superior to albums like Modern Dance or Suicide or Half Machine Lip Moves, etc.? I don't know, it's a matter of taste. Let’s say, on the contrary, that since the new wave was perhaps the most creative moment in rock history, it was difficult to produce another masterpiece. The great merit of Joy Division, in my opinion, was creating two unforgettable albums even in that period before Ian Curtis hung himself and New Order became just another pop group. But there was better during the legendary (now old) new wave. Cheers, happy 2007 to everyone.
