Well, easy, their lack of a distinct style, which distances them from classical composers, doesn’t seem to me necessarily a negative thing. As a group, they don’t have a precise style, but if you listen to the members individually, I assure you that you’ll find highly respected musicians in front of you. Their comedy isn’t childish; it’s a particular kind of humor, often based on nonsense, of which they are masters. Of course, it may not make everyone laugh, but this seems to apply to any comedian out there. The judgments usually given to a comedian are two: genius or stupid, depending on the perspective. The one offered by Gem Boy is primarily childish humor, with words like cazzo, fica, mestruo, sesso, etc., that repeat endlessly (Even though I find them funny because they’re so stupid! :D)
PS: I agree that there should be negative comments; otherwise, there wouldn’t have been the mother of all discussions on Debaser: "Metropolis PT 2: Scenes from a memory" by Easycure :P

But who is bothering others? I expressed an opinion and got insulted... at least you are a reasonable person... I've also started listening to "little things," I agree, and I don't want to play the know-it-all, but I assure you that even the topics this group addresses are trivial and worn out; you just have to look back in time a bit, to when these people still had to be born to find them... and anyway, there’s better stuff even in nu-metal... No Breed, just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean I don't understand. Music is about emotions for me as well; in fact, when I want to listen, I turn to Pain of Salvation, Death, Emperor, and I assure you they communicate much more than a similar little band. I disagree with this whole smash everything/kill everything mentality tied to adolescent issues. I do not agree with the 9 (9 people could form a small orchestra, what are these guys doing?) masked dudes trying to attract attention. This is not music; it's marketing. And to think, looking at what kind of people these Slipknot fans are, it makes my stomach turn. No one has been able to respond to me; they've only insulted... and that says a lot about the average age of a guy like that... considering I doubt these people even reach adulthood. In fact, it’s like playing with children; better to stop...

If it isn't important to be good, to have technique, or to be creative, ANYONE can make great music!!! Ok, I’ll release an album where I’ll burp and fart, then I’ll say I put my heart into it...

Christ, this is Italian music! This is people with guts, one of the few groups that can do pieces of all genres without losing their cool, always staying humble. Full of themselves? What must my ears hear... -_-
To listen to the Elii, you must be free from certain mental conventions. I completely agree with the talk about Zappa... what a blast! :D
PS: For those who think this is something anyone can do, go see if those other 10,000 bands doing the same thing in Italy can achieve similar success. Remember, by the first album, these guys had already made a name for themselves...
