Yes, I know what Kabuki theater is (even if I frankly haven’t "perceived" the references you mention). This doesn’t take away from the fact that I know a little about anime, and without exaggeration, also about cinema. But if I consider it simply as anime, it really is quite adolescent; there are things that I find a bit more valuable in the world of Japanese animation. Moreover, if any kind of citation is self-serving, it’s pure stylistic exercise, just a pretty mindless effort that increases the level of naïveté rather than adding depth, see the recently tedious Ghost in the Shell that has also been discussed in these pages.

I get it, even though if I had to evaluate like this, I would give a 5 to the Sanremo hits I listened to at twelve. As for Queen, honestly, I've gone from love to hate, without much creativity; the fan delusions annoyed me. Now I've somewhat changed my mind, but I certainly don't regard Mercury as a pop genius, considering many "know-it-all" bands I've come to know later. However, Mustaphà, please no :)
