here, exactly. if you give a 5 to films you consider beautiful just as you do to non-exceptional films, everything makes sense.

Dave, but look, I’ve given a 5 to 3 films so far. How many have you given? If you put everything on the same level, which one is more summary as a judgment, mine or yours? Do you consider this film one of the greatest masterpieces in the history of cinema? Because for me, a 5 means that.

Dave, I remind you that you've often given insane ratings on the site according to everyone, are you seriously coming to tell me how I should vote? :)

2.5=6.5. My very interesting interpretation of ratings: 1: from 1 to 5. 2: 6. 3: 7. 4: 8. 5: 9-10. And then the half ratings (am I really explaining this? so 2.5 is 6.5). It will be of no importance, as indeed it is, but as far as I'm concerned, one of the nerdy pleasures of debaser is giving ratings with a certain proportion (according to my taste: so yes, 3.5 for Blair Witch and 2.5 for this one that enjoys the aura of being untouchable). So, I liked this, but less than other Allen films, less than films by other directors, more than other films. Is it really that difficult to understand?

For me, the passing grade is 2. Since it’s not written anywhere. Still, the topic of grades is always very stimulating.

Dave, can you tell me where I can find the correspondence between points and grades out of ten? Also, I mentioned that it makes me laugh very little here, given that you commented on the review of the dictator of the free state of bananas, so you know I’m not generalizing.

Poletti, imagine that I (I'm not actually doing this) say referring to Zelig "this is not cinema." Wouldn't you find it an explanation or a bold statement from someone who doesn't know what to say? I imagine the second. It's just that I'm not the one making such statements.

<<<but also no>>> your usual tight dialectic, you practically backed me into a corner.

Poletti, just so you know, I gave Blair Witch Project 3 and a half, not 5. But if you want to discuss it, go ahead. Just a reminder that you're trying to throw shade without being able to come up with a single argument. Just to remind you, okay?
