Winter is extraordinary. This, his second ("Second Winter") or even the later "Nothin' but the blues," are living testaments to a white musician devoted to the black cause of the blues. No compromises, no nonsense. Just pure blues and rock'n'roll. Rough and genuine like few others.

Talking about subjectivity in terms of "it seems to me" I find very appropriate. The tone appears very different from the first intervention and much more "subjective". I suppose talking about "offenses" is quite inappropriate; in reality, I don't think there were any at all. I agree on the objective difficulty in being able to define something great as a masterpiece. And so, we return to the "subjective" side.
