I listened to this record back in the day because the pianist I was playing with brought it to my attention, and I remember finding it interesting. Frankly, I follow Katia Labeque with greater attention (for those interested, check out her work "Unspoken") due to a more profound search and harmonic richness, featuring very pronounced experimental traits. We are in the realm of acoustic/electronic avant-garde, and there is no doubt about the exceptional pairings with gifted drummers or bassists.
