I continue to take pleasure in this fruitful and interesting exchange of opinions among those involved, and this is certainly thanks to the ineffable Ajeje. @Gino: I also thank you for refreshing my memory about that episode. It’s a pleasure to see you and read you again as well. I hope for a continuation. Warm regards to everyone who, in one way or another, keeps the figure of Buckley alive, given the oblivion in which the artist seemed or seems to be.

.....well Missblinky, now you know you weren't the only one, just in case you had any doubt! And besides, you have to start somewhere, right? :)

Forgive me, Gino, for my memory; as the years go by, it becomes more and more shaky and full of gaps. I may seem quite rude to you, but I really don't remember this Cockburnian thing that surely occurred. I would be very grateful if you could piece together some bits of what happened...... .In the meantime, I warmly return your greetings! One more thing for Ajeje and all the beautiful joys up there. My music dealer tells me that "Starsailor" and "Blue Afternoon" are not available on CD. Is that true?

From my side, Macaco (what a nice nickname!), I’m sorry that the banality into which the debate with Adder has degenerated has disappointed you so much, and for that, I want to apologize, although frankly, I don’t find the things or the way they have been treated "banal." Nevertheless, the misadventures of our hero are well documented in the exhaustive cover notes that He has served us with abundant frequency over the years. Adder himself can confirm this, since neither he nor I have been or ever were habitual or unique confessors of the personal troubles of dear Robby. If the problem is that they are written in English, I would suggest, if you are truly interested, to get yourself a good dictionary. That way, you will discover that Mr. Robby, unfortunately, couldn’t spend all his time just playing his Gibson or writing music for the KC. It’s a technical detail that he hasn’t played the Gibson in years, preferring another brand (which perhaps sponsors better). In any case, I believe that the good review written by Adder already constitutes an interesting and well-documented account of this episode. Personally, my first related comment can humbly add something. For further information on Fripp, I suppose the internet can provide endless sources, information, and clarifications.

I listened to this record back in the day because the pianist I was playing with brought it to my attention, and I remember finding it interesting. She is truly a natural talent, although many years have passed and I haven't seen her emerge much since then. However, when it comes to great female pianists (even if she is a bit older now), I recall another extraordinary musician who, over the years, has done few things but, in my opinion, are worthy of great note. Frankly, I follow Katia Labeque with greater attention (for those interested, check out her work "Unspoken") due to a more profound search and harmonic richness, featuring very pronounced experimental traits. We are in the realm of acoustic/electronic avant-garde, and there is no doubt about the exceptional pairings with gifted drummers or bassists. This is not meant to take anything away from the beautiful Aziza. It's just a matter of tastes and orientations. Bye.

Frankly, despite the "finality" of the goodbyes, I didn't quite understand the last post, Adder. Could you kindly enlighten me with such "clarity," please?
