Hi Nick! It's been a while since we last caught up! By "inhuman timing" I mean a "grind" (referring to the percussion of that section of the drums generally located right under the ride, called grind) with a particularly tight rhythm (which creates a kind of sonic "flickering") that serves to give the song a very fast execution setup.
