Beautiful riffing and atmospheres more unique than rare for a black metal band. A truly impressive nostalgic feeling that cannot leave you indifferent. I really like this a lot, while in the last one I found the clean vocals annoying, although the riffing is the best ever created by Neige. A beautiful review, especially in the final part. I believe I will revisit Elevation...

I've always found them annoying. Cynical in an exasperating way and, above all, nonsensical. If I'm in the mood for something nasty and intelligent, I listen to Abigor. The flaw of The Simpsons is this: they may be very nasty and very smart; but they aren't deep, they don't have a real message. They are simply the latest example of "tamed" satire of society. If the political-ethical-social themes were treated seriously, this cartoon wouldn't have lasted even two months. Poletti, I don't really understand films...but, well...some statements deserve to be banned from any cinema.

Nice review, but maybe add a few more commas and a few less overly complex sentences next time. Other than that, good analysis. I really like the early albums of this band; in this one, I find a bit of the same spirit as Stormblast by Dimmu. Anyway, I think The Olden Domain is better. Little big piece of history. Co-founders of the depressive along with Silencer, but diametrically opposed to them. So perfect in their madness are the latter, so rotten and desperate the former. Great review... do you prefer the rot (strid) or the madness (silencer)?
