Nice review! Really good... Tep, do you think I might like this death doom?

apple, you’re ridiculous. How much do you know about black metal? Obviously not much. Let me tell you as someone who claims to know: BM is one of the most varied genres in all of music; you can find a ton of subgenres and currents within it. Want something extremely innovative? Try the latest Blut aus Nord, or the recent stuff from Dodheimsgard, or even Lifelover, Secrets of the Moon, or Nocte Obducta, and then we can talk again. If you have trouble finding them, send me a private message, but don’t make comments that you’re not qualified to make with your level of knowledge.

I didn't like this album. The best ones are Under The Sign, BFD, HammerHeart, and B.O.I. A mediocre review, but you could have spared us that track by track that says nothing.

D E C E L E R A Z I O N E!!! it's written with a single L. Good review, I've also seen them live but they don't excite me.

"Marcio" is the right word. The production is pathological :-D ...there's something about your theses that doesn't convince me. Firstly, while I hold great admiration and respect for les legiones noires, I am deeply disheartened every time I listen to them: sometimes it is really hard to understand what the hell they are doing with the instruments...maybe we don't reach those peaks here, but there are some releases by Vlad Tepes or Cantus Bestiae on which I honestly wouldn't know how to express myself if asked to describe the songs. It's all fine, the anti-commercial spirit, the rot, etc., but here it's excessive: a record like this, even with mediocre production like that of Transilvanian Hunger, would have remained a cult object for generations to come. Sacrificing these excellent inspirations for such a recording seems foolish to me: so much pathos is lost, along with all the guitar nuances.

It must be nice. Great review, I'm renting it tomorrow and I'll watch it.
Darkthrone Under a Funeral Moon
Voto:
In agreement with Tepes...I would take Panzerfaust out of the triad to include Under A Funeral Moon, the evolution of the atmospheres from A Blaze in a more acidic and rotten sense...a good review, but too filled with metaphors that are self-serving.

Beautiful, but I think I’m the only crazy person on this flea-ridden planet who prefers the more sickly and tormented "Blue Miasma" to this album. Still a great band, and a fantastic review.
