@Telespalla; I'm happy to talk about history. Below, then: as far as I know, having studied a bit of contemporary history and every so often playing chess with two old Roman gentlemen who can't stop talking about war and post-war, the first measure taken by Kappler, once he learned of the attack, was to give the perpetrators 24 hours to surrender, under threat of unspecified reprisals. Meanwhile, Hitler was informed of the situation; his reactions were disproportionate (this is also stated on Wikipedia, along with various essays on the Ardeatine Caves). He indeed spoke, among other things, of leveling the neighborhood where the attack took place. The more "realistic" ratio of 10 to 1 was suggested by Kappler, who thought in this way he could easily empty the overcrowded prisons. (In my previous post, you must have misunderstood me because it was absolutely not my intention to attribute to Kappler merits that, as the scoundrel he was, he could not have). As for Salvo d'Acquisto, history repeats itself; unfortunately, the sources are fewer. What is certain is that during the explosion of a hand grenade thrown inside a barracks, three Germans were killed. The SS command asked those responsible for the incident to surrender. Once the deadline passed, they proceeded with reprisals; to save his fellow citizens, D'Acquisto took on the responsibility. Later, the same attackers would spread the absurd rumor that the Germans had accidentally detonated the hand grenade, in order to avoid any problems with the population. Unfortunately, what you say about the not total adherence of the resistance to communism is only partially true; even in the CLN there were infiltrations of this kind, primarily represented by the Matteotti Brigades, and later by the Red Star group. Infiltrations that ended up raising above the merely pragmatic and military intentions of the initial resistance the banner of communism, distorting its principles. Ready for criticism, having only taken one exam on the subject.

Brat, it's absurd that you say the best pages of that period were the partisans when, after '43, among the ranks of our tormented army, there were thousands of heroic acts by soldiers who refused to abandon their positions and surrender their arms to the Germans. These men, the few from that time who can truly be called HEROES, preferred to barricade themselves in the barracks and wait to be massacred once the ammunition ran out, rather than leave Italy at the mercy of the invading armies or the disorder of partisan groups. As for your vile personal attacks, I’m 22 years old, I vote for Di Pietro whether you like it or not, and for me that quote has a meaning, true and profound, as hardly as it does for many 16-year-olds who use it. I’ll stop here, as I find nothing useful in talking to you.

Simple evolution, rebellious. China is the demonstration of what happens if communism is given free rein. As for my image of the partisans, maybe you’re right to say that it’s one-dimensional, but I really find very little to redeem in the resistance. @Stoney, very well, if they had killed four thousand, it would have at least been an effective operation. But when a retaliation is proposed against a number ten times greater than your innocent compatriots, step out, surrender, and I will call you a hero.

Voting Di Pietro. I had to put the cast on because I had a motorcycle accident, since the world is full of idiots like you. As for Milan, my girlfriend is there, so tearing you apart en passant costs me nothing. I won’t even respond to your clichéd irony about piazzale Loreto, as it hurts to remember how vile and two-faced the Italian people can be. It's curious, though, how you first say that my figures are off, then, from one comment to another, the problem is no longer that they are off (in fact, you confirm them between the lines) but simply that they don’t concern the partisans.

Brat, I can't wait; I'm actually fed up with the rules of the ring and I want to break some joints. Brace yourself because I often pass through Milan. Just give me a month for rehabilitation since I took the cast off three days ago. Communism caused eighty million deaths: that's history. I've never voted for Berlusconi. No one is saying that the Nazis, in the case of the Ardeatine Fosse, weren't executioners. I'm just saying that the attackers were cowards.

I don't think I've justified in any way the Nazi-Fascist abuses that you've brought up just to cover your backs and make me look like the usual skinhead. We were talking about partisans; if you want to counter what I've said, that's perfectly fine. If instead you just want to have a nice clash with me, I know better ways than exchanging posts on Debaser.

Unique positive page. Pathetic. The much-lauded spontaneous resistance of the partisans was, at best, a poorly assorted assembly of outcasts hiding behind a couple of skirmishes with the Germans their desire to live as bandits. In the worst and most widespread cases, however, they were outright terrorists. Just to cite one of the many events that refute what has just been said, does anyone remember the Fosse Ardeatine? It all started with the attack on Via Rasella, organized by the communist GAP, who managed the impressive feat of killing just over 40 Germans (and incidentally, with a military operation of the lowest level, so much so that in addition to the Germans, a completely innocent poor soul on a bicycle who passed by every day at that time and a child playing on the sidewalk also lost their lives). Kappler, in order to avoid the apocalyptic reprisals threatened by Hitler, issued a statement asking the responsible parties to surrender, under penalty of the notorious 10 to 1 ratio. Did they surrender to save the sons of the Italian people for whom they claimed to fight? No. For whom did Salvo D'Acquisto die? I’ll tell you. For some filthy coward animal among those whom the left today sanctifies. Murderous dogs, who with their backs protected among the bushes, acted as terrorists for an idea that would lead to 80 million deaths, a number that is still not destined to stop: see China. Think about it, about your dear partisans.

Yes, of course, all the partisans are saints. But do me a favor...

Incipient and nauseatingly pathetic closing; reading these reviews, it really seems that only 15-year-old acne-ridden teens in an adolescent crisis listen to black metal. Great album.
