Ryan Adams Rock'N'Roll

Ryan Adams is boastful, arrogant, egocentric, just as Kosmo says, and that affects how I listen to him, so he might know what he's doing (true) but I can't stand him. Just like I can't listen to Byork, 'nartra str.... And then, deep down, I've never liked the distinctly "American" sound, what the hell does it have to do with European taste?

Well, if I take a shower, I don’t open the door for anyone (but who even cares about me, I’m not vv?), and if I have to do it for some shitty record, then I really get a moment of annoyance and poor little me!

Beautiful review, truly heartfelt. The album isn't really in my wheelhouse, I won't rate it because it certainly doesn't deserve a low score.

I have a strong feeling that this record will soon be entering my home; after all, I just noticed that there's a gap near the last one by C. Corea. Good job, Hal, best wishes to everyone.

IKO, after your latest comments on the "think tank" rebranded as IKEA, you're a great one!!! But what the hell are you on? For me, it’s neither ecstasy nor coke; it’s the mortadella and the tortelli drowned in lambruscone that give you this effect. I say it again and I emphasize it, a GREAT ONE!!!!

3poundsoflove how right you are! I also agree with Kosmo's judgment. I love Beck and his ability to create always different albums, but Drake is on another level. I can't stop listening to "Pink Moon," which I find deeply beautiful, year after year. As for metal, my judgment is suspended, but if Coltrane were to circulate on a few more listeners, many people would understand so much more! Those are things I’m still trying to understand myself.

What a choice! When I read the title, I jumped; it was one of my most-played records when I was a DJ. Gone daddy gone was one of my absolute top 5 floor fillers!!!! Damn, but I'm talking about my prehistory, I better wrap it up.

I bought the album today, and I have to say that even after just the first listen, it's awesome! Kosmo is already the second album I've purchased on a whim after reading your review; for the next CD, I'll just give you my credit card and you can handle it directly!

This album is unbearable, and in fact, I’ve only spun it a couple of times just to justify the expense. californiacation, until I bought it, I thought it was a great record… precisely, until I bought it. BSSM is definitely the best thing. Anyway, for me, they are a boy band now, and then Robin Williams is better!
