I GET THAT YOU THINK HE'S OVERRATED.... YOU'RE FREE TO THINK WHAT YOU WANT, OF COURSE..... BUT DON'T CONFUSE A TRUE ARTIST (Bruce Springsteen) WITH CARNEY PHENOMENA OR SO-CALLED ROCK STARS.

What does homogeneity matter? What’s important is that they're beautiful songs.
What's the frequency, Kenneth? Crush With Eyeliner, I don't sleep, I dream, Tongue, and Let Me In are all among the best of REM.
I fully agree with the parallel you made between Strange Currencies (which remains a great track) and Everybody Hurts.
I have the entire discography and also the singles on CD... I know all the songs by REM... Keep it up, Bleak, and don’t trust those who talk just for the sake of talking and don’t truly know certain artists. BYE!
