giampy, mine is probably a bias, especially since it's hard to comment on a review if you haven't listened to the album. Once I do, I might agree with you, so you’re right. However, my comment said something different; in fact, I rarely comment—almost never—if I haven't listened to the album properly. So, in my opinion, a week isn't enough... for example, Chaos... the album you speak so well of is certainly a great record, but it doesn't seem to me to be McCartney's masterpiece. I believe that Flaming Pie, McCartney, Ram, and Flowers in the Dirt are absolutely superior. I think, given your passion, that you should have waited longer to write this review, which is definitely thorough in its form, but aside from the objective data, it lacks emotion (even though that’s not quite the right word)—let’s say the feeling with the album, which is why I consider this a PRE-review, just as you say that mine is a PREjudice.

Why do you think you wrote a great review? I don’t think so.

But how can one say that the skits are useless? They represent freedom, transgression, sexuality, new horizons that strongly contrast with the mentality of the community where Bess lives. The songs were not chosen at random; sometimes you need to use intelligence, at least the fake kind, as someone says... but at this point, better fake than nothing.

what a terrible movie...useless to say that for the critic it is fundamental to the history of cinema. well!!!

You didn't convince me; more than a review, it's a collection of data that, in my opinion, is due to a rushed listening just to publish the review ahead of time. Listening to a downloaded album and commenting on the sounds seems contradictory to me... because you know very well that they don't have the same quality and they've probably been altered as well.

I didn't say it's rushed.

From the first song "Dance Tonight," it seems like an album that promises a lot... and in any case, albums should be listened to more calmly and not rushed into reviews.

clearly inferior to funeral.

a matter of taste, for example Nick Cave considers it one of the best albums ever, and he has often tried to create in his work that intensity that is so explosive in this album.

I have always considered it a beautiful album, high-level spiritual gospel.
