dub, reggae, ska, hip hop, sixties sounds?? It seems to me you're exaggerating with all these references: a little guitar upstroke, a backbeat, or two lines that aren't sung aren't enough to talk about reggae, dub, or rap. Instead, I share the judgment on the freshness of this pop music album. It's just pop in my opinion. Enchanting little voice. I give you a five right in the face of the faceless anonymous. PS: next time send an email to editors@debaser.it because if they had to read the requests in the comments...

I agree with Enea, in fact I'll go further: contemporary directors are rarely better than those of the past. @hal: I too performed as an extra in the opera for years when I was young :) (I did La Bohème by Puccini) it was a great job: being paid to listen to hours and hours of live opera, I must have seen Il Trovatore so many times that I know it by heart, and the more I listened, the more I liked it... being on stage while the choir behind you sings: "Le fosche notturne spoglie" is a unique emotion: "CHI DEL GITANO...."

Saw live last night in the concert hall, which has incredible acoustics: even the sound of the applause when the musicians entered gave me chills. With a sound concert, it could only be exceptional: beautiful dialogues between guitars and piano, or the contrast between digital effects and the sounds of the string quartet. You're right: the oxymorons reflect when talking about this band: reassuring melodies that accompany existential and sometimes harsh lyrics. Great class!

Gino, sorry, but where is the offense?
Rage Against The Machine Rage Against The Machine

Of course, only on Debaser do they publish the critiques of OK Computer and RATM on the same day, alongside praises for the great artist Zucchero! We are way ahead... long live trash!

I quote Stoopide vote this monument! Let's leave the analyses on originality or not to the Kritici. The reference to Kashmir, indeed, was to underline the debt they had to Led Zeppelin, but you really didn’t get that!

I stopped at the third line! What the hell are you talking about: WAKE UP is not plagiarism, but a tribute to Led Zeppelin!! The riff from Kashmir is actually only used as the intro to wake up: WAKE UP FRIEND...
