David Bowie Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust

Indeed. There are those who claim that Laura Pausini and the Finley are great. So who should I listen to? Those who say the aforementioned are great, or those who tell me that Kansas and ELP are great? I don’t like any of them. I like Lloyd Cole (whom no one talks about, really no one). So who is right?

But if you write to me that KANSAS and ELP are great, I think it's better if debaser doesn't even open. It's true that we’re not bound by anything on debaser, but it’s also true that everyone defends their music and thinks it’s the best. Anyway, it seems to me that I have clear ideas. I don't understand this thing that I don't have clear ideas. It seems to me that I have always expressed myself in a quite clear and definite manner. And know that of the records I've reviewed here (23 to be exact), I have never found them reviewed in Mucchio and they have never talked about them. Just think about it!

But you see, I have my own personal opinions. It’s just that to form personal opinions, you also need to read and listen to others. And not travel with blinders on like a lot of people do around here.

I just listed my favorite songs, and if I were to rewrite them today, I might change half of them. What's so strange about that?

In what sense does it seem like others are deciding for me? I don't quite get it!

In my opinion, the album is a cornerstone of all rock music. However, I don't know how it sounds today to the ears of a twenty-year-old, just as I don’t know how many "dated" albums sound. The review is entertaining and commendable. I don't, however, share your assessment. In the current issue of Mucchio Extra on newsstands (8 euros, who cares!) it is rightly included among the twenty essential concept albums of rock.

From everything positive I had read about it, I expected a lot more. It seems to me that we have all become a bit too easy to please.
Lloyd Cole Antidepressant
Voto:
Great album, although as a fan of Lloyd Cole, I prefer the previous Music In A Foreign Language. With all the crap that's out there, I'd be tempted to give it 5 stars. Objectively, it deserves 4.
Neville Brothers Yellow Moon
Voto:
Great album and poster by the Neville Bros. even though I personally prefer, slightly, the next one, Brother's Keeper.
Bright Eyes Fevers and Mirrors

Definitely above average for its genre. Some consider it a medium masterpiece (debut album?). Undoubtedly, Conor Oberst has talent; however, I see him a bit in the vein of Ryan Adams, spreading his talent in a senseless hyperactivity.
