47, from competitive sports you can learn things that philosophy books do not teach. For example, how not to get stuck in a reasoning.

And then there's something else: in order to improve oneself, a person must understand their own limits. Sports, for example, are based on the understanding of one’s limits in order to push beyond them. And sports are one of those activities that most help the mind to stay healthy (more the mind than the body). With this notion of the Übermensch, Nietzsche removed those limits for himself. That is, he still had them, like everyone else, but he chose not to consider them. Because, no matter how intelligent and noble he could be, he had those damn limits like everyone! And indeed, he got caught up in himself and went mad.

Why did you give the book a 1?

I move forward in my conviction because my experience keeps confirming it. I had another one when I asked my father (who also studied philosophy in high school and has been an avid reader of the classics) what he thought about Nietzsche: he told me that when he was young, he was crazy about Nietzsche, that he was great. I had him read the review, and he said he liked it very much. He could have told me, "mmh, I don't know, maybe you should read the other works," or "well, you'll understand later," but instead, I had the clear feeling that he wanted to say, "ah, you got it, huh?". This also gives me the strength to carry on with my thesis.

Maybe it's because I'm not stupid.

I don't understand why one would hold back... unless it's out of fear. Anyway, the video about the philosophers' match is nice; I found it very ironic and eloquent.

Instead, there is a need, Gustavotanz. There is a need like there has never been before. Talking about these things is important for understanding and for understanding each other, or even just to have a couple of chats different from football, politics, and women. Hi
