Come on Manlio... Don't be like that. For having a name like a state mint official and a face like an IT expert, you're not too bad. Heheheh

This is the best comment you have ever read, and it's mine.
Clint Eastwood Gran Torino
Voto:
Cronenberg's other film, Eastern Promises, was nice. But Gran Torino is truly a masterpiece. Everything, the dialogues and the scenes are superb, the choice of actors is brilliant. A film made truly with great craftsmanship.

I saw Gran Torino two days ago. I haven't seen Mystic River, but it's hard for it to surpass this one. It manages to convey a great strength and a forward-looking perspective that is real, despite the bitterness and anger over the "values" and the state of American society... Clint Eastwood is a person of impeccable morals, but he is not a self-righteous moralist. In my opinion, he shines the most in films where he can also incorporate irony, like in Gran Torino. It's a knockout. One of the best films I've seen in recent years, along with A History Of Violence and very few others.
