Apart from this, I want to emphasize once again that here we DO NOT degenerate, we stay on-topic (those who degenerate are people like you who have no respect for anything and think everything is for themselves). And the "topic" of this page (which I defend) is the story of the boy Chris McCandless. Period, and that's it. I’m warning you for the last time, I say this for you and for everyone else: this is the last time I respond to your POINTLESS NONSENSE. And now I'm leaving because I have things to do, see you later. ;-)

So Psychopompe... Maybe we misunderstood each other. I'm sending you this message only because I had written it earlier (pretty much since you made your first post... I immediately understood what kind of person you are). Here it is: --- As I expected. You are one of those people that my boxing coach, Cesare Rossi from San Basilio in Rome (everyone go look up Cesare Rossi on Google), calls "storytellers," or "docciaroli" (those who come to the gym just to mess around and take a shower...). When there’s no talk about anything substantial, or about Japanese things ("doing Japanese things" is an insult in Rome, meaning doing things without participating), then you’re "sharp and witty," but really witty... A wit... That produces nothing. In fact, when you start to talk seriously, you become lost, you look around, and mumble something that only you understand. And honestly, you don’t need a degree in psychiatry to figure that out. I certainly wouldn’t let myself be led by someone who signs as "Psychopompe." Respectful regards.

Don't cry Psychopompe, if I don't consider you :-) get a grip, try to be more respectful, talk about something real and maybe someone will respond to you.

Now I’m going to say something, and I’m going to say it once and for all: this is my review of Into The Wild, I wrote it, and it's posted on this page just to talk about the story that inspired Into the Wild. The bullshit and absurd insults like ā€œkeyboard tigerā€ (what the hell does that mean?), might be tolerated for a couple of posts just to get acquainted, but once it gets annoying, we’re done here. On the street, you can argue, shout, do whatever you want. Here we are on the internet, and we’re talking about Chris McCandless, and that’s it.

Now enough with the pleasantries online :-) Either you keep talking about the movie or you get the hell out of here. Walk.

Well, I lived for six months at the ex-queen Elena occupied in Rome, with hundreds of homeless families, Moroccan and South American immigrants, criminals, murderers, and a lot of nice people. I enlisted in the French Foreign Legion until I got fed up and got myself thrown out because I did as I pleased. I have experience as a carpenter, mason, electrician, and baggage handler at London airport (at 18 years old), and these are just a few things, so in broad (very broad) strokes, those are what you deserve to know. Idiot.

If your opinion of the movie is discreet, haughty, and quite practical. From the other comments, you seemed more foolish. Anyway, I think Penn's interpretation of the story is very Hollywoodish; it doesn't capture and doesn't understand the true intentions (even the unconscious ones) of Chris. And you've said a couple of huge nonsense things. One about the other review, when you talked about Herzog's film "Grizzly Man." Treadwell is a crazy idiot who confused bears with people, and has nothing to do with Chris McCandless. And the other nonsense you said in comment 359, when you talked about "delirium." This is an honest discussion. And if I slap you, I'll make you delirious, Psychopompe. Best regards. :-)
