I just can't stand reviews that start like this. I read only the first few lines and abandoned it, quite irritated.

Calm down, Alessio, we’re not trying to force you to get high... but don't say that all parties where people dance are for brain-dead individuals. Intransigence is damaging and also annoying.

Great review, it’s good for my teeth but lately I prefer electronic discs that don’t get too contaminated... however, if I find it, I’ll definitely listen. And especially great Planet Mu! @NoFake: have you listened to Emission Audio Output by Two Lone Swordsmen? It’s worth it...

I used to be a hardcore rocker too, then I stopped and grew up: I have to say I'm really better off this way now!!!

a nice little bottle of water and MDMA, lots of smiling people, and some irresistible quality house/techno music, and you would think differently, dear Alessio.

@Blixa: it doesn’t seem to me that the parties Caz is talking about were for brain-dead people... quite the opposite. I mean, Frankie Knuckles, Satoshi Tomi are definitely not to be dismissed. And if I were you, I’d take a look at his reviewing background before offending someone and their tastes; in Caz's case, you might be surprised.

@Orwell: there’s a discussion behind this that cannot be exhausted in just a few words. If we know Patton (some more than others, and I’m among them), perhaps we consider him an interesting artist and can be disappointed by one of his works, or we might be huge fans and find everything he does is amazing, or lastly, we might think he’s crap, get on our nerves, and never approach one of his albums, but we are free to express that just like everyone else. Maybe you don’t know him and now you’ll listen to various Faith No More, Fantomas, Peeping Tom, and whoever else, and decide whether this album is crap or the pinnacle of his career. Throwing out two sentences like you did is just polemic.

rather than writing, which is even less justifiable.

Black Dog, are you on vacation? Calm down and please stop speaking that awful Roman dialect.
