Well-written review, but I disagree about Internationalist, which for me (along with another piece just as heavy and raw) is one of the lowest points of the album.

Oh, maybe you're right (I haven't seen the film)... but I like Carax... or rather, I absolutely loved his Rosso Sangue. Anyway, great review, if it weren't for the stereotypes about French cinema.

Well, Battiato's electro-pop turn doesn’t excite me much. Ferro Battuto is a bit ugly, Dieci Stratagemmi is a nice album... I’ve heard a few tracks from this and it seemed worse to me... so I avoided the purchase.
